State Senator John Rafferty wins once more.
This is our second survey of the Attorney General race, and just like in June, Rafferty emerged ahead of Democratic nominee Josh Shapiro.
This is our plan to periodically survey our readers to see how they’ll vote in the Rafferty/Shapiro Attorney General election match-up.
Rafferty ended up with 953 votes from the readers.
Meanwhile, 638 respondents chose Shapiro.

John Rafferty will file suit against you if you dare say anything negative about him or anyone near him . This is not the Type of Scum we need in the AGs office

In MontCo Josh is wildly popular with the voters. So much so it’s likely Josh will get better numbers in Rafferty’s senate district (MontCo portion) than Rafferty. I’m not voting for Josh but I think Rafferty has a hard race in front of him.
I think for john rafferty will win easily in the Attorney General race in 2016.
Rafferty already has more money than he needs and the respect of the voters. Shapiro sitting around hoping no one figures out his PaCrimeComm scam and using it as a personal ATM to tour the state in his primary. Not to mention the selling of his office as Commisioner. Trust me No One likes Josh. His dealings with Johnny Doc alone will do him in. I’m still waiting for the press to ask him ” if elected attorney general will you prosecute Johnny Doc Seth Williams and Shady Katie? ” oh that’s right you took 180k off him you have a conflict of interest
If we could just get Rafferty to raise money and run a real campaign……

I’m aware of the $150,000 Shapiro took from Charter School PAC (particularly the very shady way he took $100,000 in March and delayed reporting it until mere days before the election).
Did he take more from them or is there another charter school source I’m unaware of?
It also helps that Shapiro is a snake oil salesman and has practically sold his office to developers. Roizman property development for one. And the fact he took 200k from Johnny Doc and a half million from Charter Schools. DONT BUY THE LIE! This state is a cesspool I’m a DEMOCRAT voting for Rafferty. Shady Katie is not getting my vote either. Neither is TOOMEY.
Zero correlation with November, but it probably helps to have click stats and the site’s Dem/GOP bias for the ad venue. 🙂
