Biden To Visit Philly on Sunday

President Joe Biden

Former Vice President Joe Biden will be returning to Philadelphia on Sunday.

According to a release from his campaign, Biden will “discuss bringing Americans together to address the crises facing the country and win the battle for the soul of the nation.” Additional details about the event were not provided in the press release.

The final few days before the Election will include multiple visits from both campaigns, including Monday with Biden and President Donald Trump slated to be in the Keystone State.

On Saturday, Trump is scheduled to hold four rallies in Pennsylvania. His rallies will take place in Bucks County, Reading, Butler, and Montoursville.

On Monday, the former VP, Jill Biden, Sen. Kamala Harris, and her husband, Doug Emhoff will “barnstorm” the state and make visits to all four corners. On that same day, Trump will rally at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport

Biden’s most recent visit to the state was on Monday when he made a surprise visit to Delaware County to deliver an address. Last Saturday, Biden headlined campaign events in Bucks and Luzerne Counties. Other visits in the state this month for the Democratic presidential nominee include Philadelphia for a town hall, Gettysburg, Erie, and several cities in western PA as a part of the campaign’s “Build Back Better Express” train tour.

Sen. Kamala Harris’s last campaign visit in the state was on Sept. 17 in Philadelphia.

Former President Barack Obama also hit the campaign trail for the first time last week when he hosted a drive-in rally for Biden’s campaign in Philadelphia.

Trump’s most recent visit to Pennsylvania was on Monday when he held three separate rallies in Allentown, Lititiz, and Martinsburg

Other visits Trump has made in the state during October include Erie and Johnstown for two rallies.

Vice President Mike Pence held three rallies in the state last week alone. He led rallies in Allegheny County on Friday afternoon, Cumberland County on Monday afternoon, and Reading the previous Saturday.

Recent polling indicates that Biden has a slight edge over Trump in the state. The Real Clear Politics Average shows Biden besting Trump by 3.6 points in Pennsylvania.

      1. Because Trump will take away your health care and protections for pre-existing conditions.

Also, Trump refuses to act to prevent covid with masks/social-distancing and science-recommended lockdowns in hotspots. 100,000 new cases a day. 1,000 deaths per day to climb to 2,000/day soon.
