Legislative Election Update: 

HD-167: Ginny Kerslake has announced a bid for the state House’s 167th District, according to the Daily Local News. She will be challenging state Rep. Kristine Howard (D-Chester) in the Democratic Primary. Howard is currently serving her first term in the state House after besting Republican Duane Milne by 4 points in 2018.
