As usual, Ding Dong Doug is a far out on the fringes as he can get. McSwain strikes a reasonable pro life conservative tone and White does have a situation in his personal life raising and care for an adult special needs child that gives him the ability to weigh in with an opinion others can’t. Please Republican voters spare PA the possibility of Ding Dong Doug leading our commonwealth. All others are better options.
I like the takes on this from McSwain and Bartos. This decision – if it is legit – is Constitutionally correct, and will send abortion laws back to the states, where they belong. And as for the “leak,” it is a disgusting development for our apolitical judicial branch. And the leaker, if identified, should be sternly dealt with.

The leak is a great thing for government transparency. I hope this sets a precedent for more decisions getting leaked in the future.
Coming as it does on the heels of the Ginni Thomas revelations, and regardless of how one feels about the opinion itself, it is apparent that this leak is further evidence of the degradation of the Court as an institution.

This is the best gift Dems could ever have asked for and will galvanize vote Dem constituency. Useless pundits with their finger in the wind were predicting Dem 2022 wipeout but I think what just happened was an unpredictable shot in arm and Dems will be winning Gov and Senate in PA. Mitch McConnell will now learn the adage “be careful what you wish for you just might get it.” He will get Roe and lose the chance for Senate. Roe will cause a major Dem freak out and inspire a lazy base in 2022.
