A GOP businessman announces a bid for the 6th Congressional District, while the Wolf administration announced that voters in the state can apply for online absentee ballots starting next week. Here is the Playbook. 

 

Businessman Joins GOP Race Against Houlahan: Emmons, a businessman and chemical engineer, said his campaign will focus on healthcare reform, fixing the immigration system, and empowering businesses to create jobs.

Pence to Speak at Flight 93 Memorial on 9/11: The Vice President and U.S. Secretary of the Interior David Bernhardt will speak at the ceremony.

Warren Endorses Philly City Council Progressive Third Party Candidate: Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) endorsed Working Families Party candidate Kendra Brooks for Philadelphia City Council, labeling her as a “leader in protecting our public schools”.
