2/8 Morning Buzz

PoliticsPA’s story about Joe Sestak’s quirky relationship with Democratic state committee made a few waves yesterday, particularly the rumors about Sestak’s eye toward a run for governor in 2014.

The former first couple of PA, Ed Rendell and wife Midge, are getting separated after 40 years of marriage. Vice President Biden is talking infrastructure in Philadelphia today with Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood. The Washington Post takes a look at the redistricting picture in PA, and figures that either Rep. Altmire or Rep. Critz is in trouble. Anthony Williams opts out of a challenge to Nutter, while the mayor likely locked down his re-election with an endorsement from the black clergy. And State Senator Orie’s appeal was rejected.

Good morning politicos, and welcome to the buzz.
