House Republicans voted down the Senate’s version of Medicaid expansion in the Rules Committee Monday. Update: The full House passed the Medicaid-free version of the underlying bill. The debate over Medicaid expansion is effectively dead in the legislature.
Governor Corbett signed the budget hours before the deadline. All that’s left are code updates in the House. One – that includes the Medicaid expansion – promises to be a fight to the finish.
