The reader poll results are in, and a plurality of PoliticsPA readers want Secretary of Health Dr. Karen Murphy to head the newly created Department of Health and Human Services.
Governor Tom Wolf proposed the merger of four state agencies into one.
41% of the 664 poll responses wanted Dr. Murphy, while 39% wanted Secretary of Human Services Ted Dallas, 15% wanted Secretary of Aging Teresa Osborne, and 5% wanted Acting Secretary of Drug and Alcohol Programs Jennifer Smith.

Ted Dallas is an arrogant, incompetent misogynist. Every Pennsylvanian who seeks help through DHS is worse off because of his leadership.
