Reader Poll Results: Tom Smith is For Real, But Casey Will Win

We asked PoliticsPA readers if they thought Senate hopeful Tom Smith is the real deal, and majorities said that he is – but Bob Casey will still win.

Of the 1,230 who voted, 46 percent believe that Smith is going to pull off the upset over Incumbent Bob Casey.

The 47 percent ‘Casey will win’ vote was split. 28 percent feel Smith is doing better than expected, but is still going to lose in single digits. 19 percent still feel Smith has no show, and Casey will beat him by double digits. 7 percent feel it’s too soon to tell.

    Disgusted to read that Tom Smith wants to prosecute women who have abortions no matter the reason. What will these women’s punishment be? Televised hangings & beheadings! What will they come up with next: prosecute women who choose to remain childless, or women who are unable to get pregnant? Democrats & Independents need to get out there & vote against this nut on Nov. 6th.

    Your headline is very deceiving! The truth is that 46% voted that Smith is the real deal. He’s going to pull off the upset! And 7% voted that it’s too soon to tell. So how do you make a headline that says: Reader Poll Results: Tom Smith is For Real, But Casey Will Win
