Former Vice President Joe Biden, Sen. Bernie Sanders and other 2020 Democratic presidential hopefuls take on Philly for the AFL-CIO Workers Summit. PAGOP Chair Lawrence Tabas appoints a new General Counsel for the state party. Here is the Playbook. 

Tabas Announces New PAGOP General Counsel: Kathleen Gallagher will be taking over the role of PAGOP General Counsel, which was previously held by Joel Frank. Former Montour County District Attorney Rebecca Warren was appointed as the Election Day Operations Counsel for the state party.

Klobuchar To Campaign in Philly, Pittsburgh: The 2020 Democratic presidential hopeful’s “Blue Wall” tour will include a speech at the Philadelphia AFL-CIO 2020 Workers Presidential Summit on Tuesday evening, plus attending a union meeting and meeting with supporters in Pittsburgh on Wednesday.
