Mehmet Oz is considered the favorite to capture the Republican nod for the U.S. Senate in an unscientific poll of 536 PoliticsPA readers.
The celebrity doctor received 39.4 percent support from the respondents to outdistance Kathy Barnette who was second at 33.0 percent. Dave McCormick was a distant third at 17 percent.

Like Oz or not he has charisma and is media savvy. Hard to beat. Will be very hard to defeat for Fetterman too.
