Sen. Kamala Harris campaigned in Philadelphia on Thursday, while conservatives rallied at PA CPAC in Washington County on Saturday. Here is the Playbook. 

PA CPAC: Energy, COVID and RBG Fuel Conservative Rally: Hundreds of conservatives gathered at the Washington County Airport on Saturday to promote Trump’s agenda on energy policies, the Supreme Court, and more, while Gov. Tom Wolf emerged as a punching bag for his COVID-19 restrictions.

September 18th Ups & Downs: Democrats score a set of legal wins from the state Supreme Court, Gov. Wolf takes a loss in federal court, and a top Republican sues a pair of journalists. All of that and more are in this week’s Ups and Downs.

Exclusive GOP Poll: Fitzpatrick 52, Finello 36: The survey from Congressional Leadership Fund shows Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick leading Democrat Christina Finello by double digits. The polling didn’t include head-to-head numbers between President Donald Trump and former VP Joe Biden in the 1st Congressional District.

PA Dems To Host Virtual Rally With Sen. Booker: The Pennsylvania Democratic Party is hosting a virtual rally with Sen. Cory Booker on Monday evening. The release says that Attorney General Josh Shapiro will also participate in the virtual rally aimed at motivating voters in Philadelphia and the collar counties.

Eric Trump To Campaign in Erie: According to a release from the Trump campaign, Eric Trump will campaign in Erie on Monday night to host a “Make America Great Again!” event.
