Stack to Hold Reception for Donohue at Dem Winter Meeting
PA Supreme Court hopeful Christine Donohue will have a reception thrown for her by Pennsylvania’s Lt. Gov. Mike Stack just hours before the state Democratic Party decides which candidates to formally endorse.
The reception will be held the night of Feb. 20, the first night of the Democratic Winter State Committee Meeting.
The event, which will be “Mardi Gras” themed, is also taking place in the Hershey Hotel.
Back in December, PoliticsPA published Donohue’s initial comments about her desire to be endorsed by the state Democratic Party, citing her 27 years worth of legal practice and time spent on Pennsylvania’s Superior Court since 2008 as reasons why she should get the endorsement.
In addition, she has already secured a “highly recommended” endorsement from the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
