NRCC Cancels Ad Spending in Pittsburgh for the Next Month: This news mostly pertains to the race in Pennsylvania’s 17th Congressional District between incumbents Reps. Conor Lamb (D-Allegheny) and Keith Rothfus (R-Allegheny).
