Pennsylvania’s Congressional delegation are building continuing to build their war chests for 2018.
Combined, Pennsylvania’s incumbents raised $4,300,685.83. That is almost $1 million more than the first quarter. Of that, $2,717,228.50 came from Political Action Committees (PACs).
Here is the breakdown of each candidate’s total raised, and the amount that came from PACs:
Congressman Ryan Costello (R-Chester) topped the list for total fundraising with $499,105. 68% of his fundraising came from PACs, totaling $342,500. The haul, and PAC contributions are likely a result of Costello being targeted by the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Emily’s List, and the National Republican Congressional Committee calling his race a ‘bellwether.’
Congressman Tom Marino (R-Lycoming) continues to be at the bottom of the list for fundraising, after finishing at the bottom for the first quarter as well.

Disgustingly gerrymandered map of PA political districts. No sane or honest person can justify these district shapes and boundaries.
Cash-on-hand column would be helpful
I guess that was only on Sheet 1 and 2
Agreed.
Good work by Costello. He’s been a fair Congressman in attempting to represent a variety of constituent interests regardless of partisan affiliation.
