President Donald Trump will hold three rallies in Pennsylvania today, while former VP Joe Biden rallied supporters in Bucks and Luzerne Counties on Saturday. Here is the Playbook.

Trump To Hold 3 Rallies in PA on Monday: President Donald Trump will be rallying in Allentown, Lititz, and Martinsburg on Monday.

Morning Call/Muhlenberg College Poll: Biden 51, Trump 44: President Donald Trump’s job approval and favorability rating are both under water, while former Vice President Joe Biden receives mixed reviews on favorability rating among likely voters in the state.

Dem PAC/PPP Poll: Biden 51, Trump 46: The polling commissioned by American Bridge, a Democratic super PAC, shows former Vice President Joe Biden leading President Donald Trump by 5 points in Pennsylvania.

Gravis Poll: Biden 51, Trump 44: Trump receives mixed reviews on his job performance as president, while a majority of likely voters view Biden favorably in Pennsylvania.

October 23rd Ups & Downs: The PA GOP effort to block mail-in ballot extensions is unsuccessful, voter registration reaches a new high in the state, plus a pair of national ratings outlets think the race for control of the state House is neck-and-neck. All of that and more are in this week’s Ups and Downs.

Scott Perry raised $1.33 million during the same time period. DePasquale raised more than any congressional candidate in the state in the third quarter, even though Perry’s haul is more than any other incumbent in the state.

PA16: Kelly Raises $365K, Gnibus $280K in Q3: The incumbent entered October with $1.32 million cash on hand, while the Democratic challenger entered the month with just under $50,000 cash on hand.
