PA-Gov: Dems Urge McCord To Take Down Wolf Attack Ad: A trio of Democratic leaders from PA ask McCord to stop running the Robertson-Wolf ad.

PA-Gov: NBC First Read Rates Corbett #1 Most Vulnerable Gov: Joining a coterie of other news organizations, NBC First Reads puts Corbett at their top of their vulnerability list.

PA-Gov: McGinty Releases “Problem Solver” Ad: The ad comes at an opportune time as other Democratic candidates fight over their respective ad campaigns.

PA-Gov: Hanger Endorses Wolf: The former Democratic candidate announces he is supporting Tom Wolf for Governor.

PA-Gov: Newspaper Endorsements: PoliticsPA keeps a running tab of newspaper endorsements in the state governor and lieutenant governor races.

PA-8: Naughton Releases First Ad (VIDEO): The Democratic candidate in Pennsylvania’s 8th district unveiled her first campaign ad today.

HD-36: Candidates Spar on Transportation Bill: Citing different evidence, Harry Readshaw and Erin Molchany further battled over the issue of the transportation bill.

Legislative Elections Update:

HD-12: The Republican challenger to well-known conservative state Rep. Daryl Metcalfe of Cranberry said he’ll wage a write-in campaign now that the state Supreme Court has ordered his name be removed from the May 20 primary ballot.

HD-90: The Pennsylvania Taxpayers Cyber Coalition (PTCC), a statewide grassroots education finance reform alliance, today announced its endorsement of Rita Daywalt for Pennsylvania Legislative District 90 in the May 20 primary election. She’s running for the open seat vacated by Rep. Todd Rock’s retirement.

HD-163: Jamie Santora, the Republican candidate for State Representative in the 163rd Legislative District, has earned the endorsement of the Delaware County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 27, an organization representing approximately 1,000 law enforcement personnel and members in Delaware County. He faces Democrat Vince Rongione in the open seat left by Rep. Micozzie’s retirement.
