Updated: Specter Battling Cancer Again

Update: Specter is out of the hospital and recovering. Former Senator Arlen Specter confirmed today that he is facing cancer for a third time. “I am battling cancer, and it’s another battle I intend to win,” Specter said in a statement issued by his office.
