Romney and Ryan Set To Visit PA: Romney is coming to Bucks County on Sunday; Ryan to Harrisburg on Saturday.

Prez Pa. Ad Spending Scorecard: The floodgates are open. Need help keeping track of the flood of ad spending in Pa.? We are. The RNC announced a $3 million Pa. buy Thursday, bringing the score to $11.8M GOP, $1.6M Dem. Here’s the latest.

RNC to Drop $3M in PA: The hits just keep coming. The Republican National Committee will spend $3 million on television in Pa. in the final week.

$2 Million More in GOP ads to PA (Watch Video): Chalk up two more GOP groups that will be airing in Pennsylvania, as the push for the Keystone State continues.

Casey Goes Straight to Camera in Closing Ad (Watch Video): Senator Bob Casey’s final ad touts his bipartisanship while in office. Meanwhile, GOP hopeful Tom Smith released a new web video, highlighting Casey’s ties to the Obama administration and the recession.

WI Sen. Johnson Stumps for Smith: Praising him as a like-minded “citizen legislator,” Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson campaigned with GOP Senate hopeful Tom Smith during three Pa. stops Thursday.

Row Offices

NYC Mayor Bloomberg Super PAC Hits Freed on Guns (Watch Video): A super PAC founded by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is spending over $600,000 to boost Democratic Attorney General hopeful Kathleen Kane. The ad praises her support for new gun laws, and criticizes Republican Dave Free on his endorsement by the NRA.

McCord’s Negative Ad (Watch Video): Treasurer Rob McCord isn’t taking chances. He’s had an all-out blitz on TV across the state for the past week, and it will continue through the election. Here’s his second of two ads.

Congressional

PA-12: The House Majority PAC is expanding its pro-Critz ad buy by $75,000, bringing their total to over $300K, for this spot.

Both PA-15 Candidates on TV (Watch Videos): Both Rep. Charlie Dent (R-Lehigh) and longshot Dem challenger Rick Daugherty are on TV for the final week of the campaign.

SD-15: The Patriot News takes a look at the issues in the hot race for state Senate in Harrisburg between John McNally and Rob Teplitz. Also, Teplitz racked up 3 endorsements: the Pennsylvania Professional Fire Fighters Association, the African-American Chamber of Commerce of Central Pennsylvania, and PennEnvironment.

SD-49: The Erie Reader has this video of the debate between GOPer Janet Anderson and Dem Sean Wiley.

HD-3: The Erie Reader has this video of the debate between Dem Ryan Bizzarro and GOPer Jason Owen.

HD-16: GOPer Kathy Coder says in a recent mailer obtained by North Pittsburgh Politics that she has paid her big outstanding tax bill. That doesn’t appear to be the case.

HD-39: The Observer-Reporter takes a look at the top tier state House race between Rep. Rick Saccone (R-Allegheny) and Dave Levdansky, the man he beat in 2010.

HD-89: The Carlisle Sentinel has its voters guide to this race between Rep. Rob Kauffman (R-Franklin) and Dem Susan Spicka.

HD-92: The Carlisle Sentinel has its voters guide to the open seat race between Democrat Chuck Comrey and Republican Mike Regan.

HD-104: The Patriot News endorsed Chris Dietz over Rep. Sue Helm (R-Dauphin). “Coming back to that notion of being a representative of the people, we throw our support behind Chris Dietz and endorse him in the race. Dietz jumped into local government because he says he saw a need. In his words: ‘I thought, how can I make Millersburg a better place?’”

HD-116: Rep. Tarah Toohil (R-Luzerne) squared off against Dem challenger Ransom Young Wednesday night. Here’s the debate video and the write-up in the Standard Speaker.

HD-152: Hold the phone – Conservation Voters of PA endorsed Rep. Tom Murt (R-Montco) for re-election. That’s right, R. “Representative Tom Murt has fought to defend our environment throughout his career,” said CVPA Executive Director Josh McNeil.  “His environmental leadership in the Republican Party has been and will continue to be crucial to the ongoing effort to keep Pennsylvania healthy.”

HD-176: The Pocono Record has the skinny on the debate between Rep. (and future state Sen?) Mario Scavello (R-Monroe) and Dem challenger Maureen Madden.
